Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the complete floating golf ball driving range and the two-tier pitching green. The crisp autumn air made our golfing experience unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, and it's surrounded by a stunning golf course right by a picturesque lake. Just make sure to manage your expectations about the breakfast options.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room couldn't cool below 19°C, which made for an uncomfortable night. It seemed like a common issue as others mentioned it too.

Staff were friendly on reception and at breakfast. The spa facilities were peaceful with a lovely jacuzzi and hydro jets, really helped to melt the stress away.

While the main restaurant offered decent food, the experience was marred by its location in the reception area—lots of foot traffic and a lack of intimacy. The coffee served during breakfast didn’t quite hit the mark, falling short of expectations for a place like this. some furnishings in public areas showed significant wear and tear, suggesting the need for updates to match the hotel’s luxury claims.

I loved using the thermal pool and relaxing on the heated sun beds. Completely perfect for unwinding. I even received a complimentary dessert in the restaurant for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise!

I really appreciated the exceptional hotel grounds and the warm welcome from the staff, making me feel right at home during my stay. it’s just a short walk of around 2 km to the beautiful Tatton Park, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll through the gardens, and nearby, I found the fascinating Knutsford Heritage Centre which added to my city exploration experience.
